Request for Qualification and Proposals

Notice is hereby given that the City of Spencer, Oklahoa will receive Request for Qualification and Proposals (RQRP) in the Office of the City Clerk, Spencer City Hall, 8600 NE 36th Street, Spencer, Oklahoma, 73084.

INTRODUCTION

The City of Spencer, Oklahoma, is issuing the RQRP to solicit statements of qualifications, technical
approach and pricing proposal from firms capable of providing full-service operations, maintenance and
management of the water and wastewater treatment facilities as described in Section 1.4 of this
document.

This RQRP is issued in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of Oklahoma, invites
qualified firms to submit proposals describing their technical and financial qualifications to provide the
services described, subject to approval by the city. The contract term under consideration is for five (5)
years with optional five-year renewals.
