Mayor Frank Calvin sends letter to Spencer utility customers

Mayor Calvin and the utility staff sent the attached letter to Spencer utility customers on Friday. It covers the city's goals for the automated water meter system and discusses how we are working to resolve the billing issues. 

Please read the letter and remember that we are working to bring Spencer forward into the future. Growth and change is never easy, but the results of this project and others will be a better Spencer for all of us.
