Fall 2023 Landfill Drop Off Day

The 2023 City of Spencer fall-free landfill drop-off day will be Saturday, October 28th, from 8:00 a.m. to noon. Each resident can drop off one load up to 6-cubic yards at no cost at East Oak Landfill, located at 3201 Mosely Road. This event is for residents only, and no commercials will be allowed. The residents must show proof of Spencer residency at the scale house window.
